Man, oh, man, am I starving! I don't like that. My lunch wore off about an hour after I ate it. I"m sure I will get use to it after awhile, but in the meantime it sucks!
We had a successful afternoon. Got all our errands done, but that's about all we got done. The weather never did clear up. I have to say I'm not really feeling at top of my game this afternoon. An early bedtime is definitely in order. My netflix movie will just have to wait.
For supper I am making hamburger helper for the crew and some vegetable and noodle soup for myself. I think I snacked to much to try to fill the void in my tummy. I had a Kashi bar, 120 cal, a pudding, 60 cals and pretzels, 50 cals. Soup will be 120 cals. Hmmm...with my breakfast and lunch that's only 662 cals for the day! Well no wonder I've been starving all day!
I really think I need to start sewing. I begged my husband a few years ago for sewing machine for Christmas and hardly ever used it. I really want to make myself some aprons. Lots and lots and lots of aprons! One new project at a time.
I still have a date with my elliptical later and I still have to clean up from supper. Those are my plans for the evening. Only that. I'm to tired to even think about anything else.

Make sure you are getting enough calories in a day. A lot of times when you do not eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode and you won't lose weight. Make sure you get protein from other (non-meat) sources so you feel full.
