Day one down

The first day has been sort of tricky. For starters I didn't have any food in the house but that's okay I had some cereal for breakfast with just a little milk. I had planned to head out early, however bub had other plans. He was sleeping so soundly, and I have a strict "never wake a sleeping baby policy." He decided he needed to sleep in until 11:30! I didn't complain however, I enjoyed every second of the quite! When he finally did wake up I gave him his breakfast headed to the walmart.
Another strict policy I have is "Never go grocery shopping on an empty stomach" It only leads to trouble. So, I decided to go to mcdonalds and get one of their yummy salads, and this, my friends, is where I got into trouble!
Without even thinking I ordered my usual grilled chicken Cesar salad with onions. I didn't even think anything of it until I had eaten about four bites. No big deal though, I think vegetarians eat chicken and fish but that might be a myth, I have to read up on that.
Most of my exercise today was obtained through house work, like every day. I was pretty proud of my work today. I was able to get my bathroom cupboards cleaned out as well as the bedroom closet, even though that was unintentional. Its funny how you can start doing something so simple like looking for a shirt and suddenly it turns into this huge project!
For supper I made some veggie rotini with pasta sauce and meatballs. I, of course skipped the meatballs. It was pretty good. My snacks today included one banana, and a handful of cashews and one 60 cal pudding.
I even got in 25 minutes on the elliptical machine which was great! I haven't been on my elliptical in two weeks because its been so very hot.
I'm going to try not to weigh myself in the morning but I know that's probably not going to happen since I am in fact a scale-a-holic! We'll just weight....err, I mean wait, until tomorrow!
