Day two, in progress
It doesn't seem right to complain about the rain, when this has been one of the best summers I can remember. This being said, I'm going to complain about the rain. If I lived in the desert and it only rained once a year I would complain all day on that one day! Rainy days just bring me down. They make feel me tired, and cranky, and I can never get anything productive done. Fortunately, I think the sun is started to come out!
Breakfast went well for me, even though I didn't eat much. I wasn't feeling 100% when I woke up so I only had a banana. After I got the little girl off to school and the hubby out the door, I decided it would be okay to have a Fiber One bar.
I have managed to get a little work done. I cleaned out my dresser of all my summer clothes. I'm not sure what to do with them. I would like to be optimistic and say there is no way in hell I'm going to be a size 16 next summer, and burn them all. However, I'm not sure if I can be that brave yet. I'll probably just pack them away. After all, I can always burn them next summer if they are too big.
Now I am enjoying a little lunch. Green giant baby veggie medley. Its really good! The cauliflower is awesome! I'm eating the whole package which they say is three servings. At only 40 calories a serving that's only around 120 calories for lunch so that's really good. Being all veggies they should stick with me too. I hate when I eat and my stomach is growling an hour later. I'm going to have to get more of these they are good!
I'm going to have to head out to the bank as soon as I get done though. I have a few errands to do before the little girl gets home from school. I still plan on doing 30 min on the elliptical later, as well clean off my dresser in my bedroom. The hubs went a little crazy last night looking for our autographed Cracker shirt and tore everything out of the bedroom closet. He put most of it back but some of it ended up on my dresser. So hopefully when I get home I can get my butt in gear and get some real work done!
