Forever Fat

I can't take this bullsh*t anymore. Why can't I loose weight! Its been over a year of diets and exersizing and I haven't lost a damn pound! It doesn't make any sense!! I know I said I wouldn't loose hope until at least february when when I reach the two month mark of having the IUD out but I'm feeling so frustrated today.
I don't want to except the fact that I will be fat forever. I don't want to be fat forever! I cant' make myself young again, but damnit I should have some control over my weight, but I'm beginning to think that I don't have that either
